We're making two types of quesadilla:
with shrimp and fresh pico de gallo
ultra-cheesy with jalapeño 🌶️🧀

Fry the shrimp in butter with the addition of parsley and garlic.

We spread our sauce and grated cheese and fold in half.

Fry on both sides and enjoy!
