Preparation
We marinate the chicken fillet in Provençal herbs and add olive oil.
Fry on both sides.
We grate fresh cucumber and garlic, chop dill, and place everything in a deep bowl. Add sour cream, lemon juice, and a little olive oil, then mix well.
Chop the onion, cherry tomatoes, and cabbage.
Spread our spread on the tortilla and add the fried chicken fillet and vegetables.
