A juicy filling made of minced chicken, vegetables, and suluguni cheese in “Turkish wholegrain” lavash from KYIVKHLIB.

Preparation

Take minced chicken, finely chop bell pepper, onion, herbs, tomato. Add a little cheese and spices, mix thoroughly.

We take whole-grain pita bread and spread the minced meat on it.

Twist, cut and skewer.

Fry on all sides.
