First grade wheat flour, peeled rye flour 24.2%, drinking water, sugar-malt syrup (sugar, water, fermented rye malt, barley malt, acidity regulator citric acid, table salt, antioxidant potassium metabisulfite), dry fermented rye malt, 6.1%, baker's yeast, table salt, sugar, liquid starter mixture (water, whole-grain fermented rye flour, fermentation products: lactic and acetic acid; table salt, malt extract), mixture based on malt products (ground barley malt, dry rye starter, sulfite-ammonia caramel dye), sulfite-ammonia caramel dye, semolina, ground coriander.
May contain traces of dairy products, eggs, mustard, sesame.
