Bread made from a mixture of wheat and rye flour. Baked with rye sourdough. With the addition of barley caramel malt.





First grade wheat flour, drinking water, peeled rye flour 8.5%, sugar syrup, potato flakes (potato, glucose, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, turmeric), dry wheat gluten, sugar, pressed baker's yeast, liquid rye sourdough 1.8% (contains gluten), table salt, baking improvers (contain gluten), caramel barley malt, caraway. May contain traces of oat flakes, dairy products, egg products, mustard, sesame.
