First-grade wheat flour, drinking water, sifted rye flour 24%, dry wheat gluten, sugar, table salt, apple jam (desulfited apple puree, sugar, preservative potassium sorbate), pressed baker’s yeast, ground caraway, bread improver (rye flour, wholegrain rye flour, rye malt, enzymes, antioxidant ascorbic acid), ground coriander.
May contain traces of dairy products and mustard oil.
