First grade wheat flour, drinking water, rye break baker's flour, dry wheat gluten, invert syrup (sugar, drinking water, acidity regulators: sodium carbonates, citric acid), dry fermented rye malt 2.1%, caramel barley malt 1.4%, pressed yeast, table salt, sunflower oil, apple jam (apple puree, sugar), flour improvers (contain wheat gluten), acidity regulator lactic acid, ground coriander, ground nutmeg. May contain traces of dairy products, mustard oil, sesame.
