Made using brew and sourdough. Contains three types of flour: first-grade wheat flour, seeded rye flour, and rye break flour. With the addition of rye malt, cumin, and coriander.





First grade wheat flour, sown rye flour, drinking water, rye break flour, potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, turmeric), dry fermented rye malt, dry unfermented rye malt, dry wheat gluten, invert syrup (sugar, drinking water, acidity regulators: sodium carbonates, citric acid), sugar, table salt, wheat bran, pressed baker's yeast, ground cumin, ground coriander, sulphite ammonia caramel colorant. May contain traces of oat flakes, dairy products, egg products, mustard oil, soy, sesame.
