Preparation
We crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it.
We dip the bread in the egg and place it on a hot pan, frying it on both sides.
We fry the bacon.
We cook the remaining egg while stirring to form scrambled eggs.
We spread mayonnaise on the bread.
We add spinach, tomato, and scrambled eggs. On top, we place the fried bacon.
We close the sandwich and cut it diagonally.
