Today I’m sharing a sandwich recipe with incredible vitello tonnato beef.
This dish pairs perfectly with British Sandwich bread. This bread highlights the flavor of the meat and holds its shape beautifully.

Sun-dried tomatoes

Anchovies

Sauce:
Eggs

Lemon juice

Canned tuna

Preparation
Preparation
Fry the meat in a pan.
Combine all the sauce ingredients and blend them until smooth.
On the bread, add the sauce, meat, tomatoes, and anchovies, then top with more sauce. Close with another slice of bread.
