Made with whole grain Takolini Integrali lavash from KYIVKHLIB.

Preparation
Preparation
We peel and clean. Into the pan — olive oil, sliced garlic, and chili. Sauté them, then add the shrimp, a bit of paprika, a few more minutes — and it’s perfect!
Julienned cucumber, red onion, chili, olives, cilantro, arugula, and fresh lime juice — as refreshing as the first day of vacation.
Same as always: cheese on the pan → Takolini Tomati lavash on top → flip it → a crispy cheese disk.
We spread cream cheese, add lettuce, place shrimp on top, a little more cilantro, and grated Parmesan cheese.
