Preparation

We prepare the spread: chop the herbs, add cream cheese and grain mustard. Mix well.

We toast the bread in a pan with butter.

We fry the bacon and an egg.

We slice the tomato.

We spread the mixture on the toast, add bacon and tomato on top, sprinkle with grated hard cheese, and place the egg on top.

We close the sandwich and enjoy!
