Preparation
We mix cream, milk, eggs, and sugar, and whisk until smooth and homogeneous.
Put the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
While the casserole is cooking, prepare the sour cream sauce.
Take 150 grams of sour cream, 20 grams of powdered sugar, and 20 grams of milk and whisk them together.
Slice the casserole and add the sour cream sauce.
