Preparation
Preparation
Toast 3 slices of bread.
Chop the vegetables and greens.
Beat the eggs.
Mix the eggs and vegetables and cook an omelet.
We assemble a club sandwich:
Layer 1: sauce – lettuce leaves – omelet – cheese.
Layer 2: sauce – chicken fillet – cheese – Korean-style carrots – bread (3rd slice).
Wrap in parchment paper and cut.
