Preparation
Preparation
We slice Norden Brod “Danish” into pieces.
We spread cream cheese.
Stir constantly until the mixture starts to thicken. It’s important not to overheat it.
Lightly salted salmon wrapped in fresh cucumber
Spread on cream cheese
Garnish with green onions and pine nut caviar.
Cut Norden Brod "Northern" into slices
We spread the minced meat
Garnish with boiled quail eggs and pickled onions.
