Description

This is not just bread. This is Swedish rye bread from the Norden Brod line.

The perfect smørrebrød is like a date: everything must be in balance. A little creamy, a little fresh, a little crunchy… and a drop of acidity — to give it character.

No matter how much time you have in the morning — with this bread, breakfast is always a masterpiece.

Cream cheese

Mayonnaise
100 g
Dijon mustard
to taste
Boiled quail egg
4 pcs
Pickled cucumber
1 pc
Dill and parsley

Preparation
Preparation
We slice the bread.
We mix Dijon mustard with mayonnaise.
We add salt and pepper.
We spread the sauce on the bread, add herring, quail eggs, and sliced pickled cucumber.
We garnish with herbs and lemon zest.
We enjoy it.
