Description

Rye “Swedish” bread from the Norden Brod line, delicate Norwegian NORVEN Lofoten herring without oil, and a little bit of magic — and we get the legendary Scandinavian snack, smørrebrød “Skagen”!

Dijon mustard

Wine vinegar

Boiled potatoes

Green onion

Radish

Preparation
Preparation
We mix together Dijon and regular mustard, salt, boiled potatoes, and wine vinegar.
We take out and slice the bread.
We cut the herring into strips.
We spread the filling onto the bread.
We arrange the herring in a circular shape.
Sprinkle with green onions on top and decorate with radishes.
