Description

Rye “Swedish” bread from the Norden Brod line, delicate Norwegian NORVEN Lofoten herring without oil, and a little bit of magic — and we get the legendary Scandinavian snack, smørrebrød “Skagen”!

Preparation
Preparation
We prepare coleslaw: shred the cabbage, grate the carrots, add the sauce (sour cream + mayonnaise + mustard), and mix everything together.
We caramelize the red onion (butter + sugar + red onion in a pan) until it reaches a light golden color.
We pan-fry the sausages in butter.
We assemble our sandwich.
We layer coleslaw, caramelized onions, and pan-fried sausages on the bread.
Covering our sandwich
Cut in half
Fry the lard.
