A sandwich for lunch can be not only tasty but also healthy if you choose the right ingredients and the “Rustic” wholegrain sourdough sandwich bread from the “British Sandwich” line.

How to make tartar sauce:
To two egg yolks, add a teaspoon of American mustard, a small clove of garlic, and the juice of a lemon wedge.
I blend everything with a blender, gradually pouring in cold oil. Once the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous, I add finely chopped pickled cucumber.
