Premium wheat flour, drinking water, first-grade wheat flour, dry wheat gluten, apple jam (desulfurized apple puree, sugar, preservative potassium sorbate), pressed baker’s yeast, refined sunflower oil, table salt, functional mix (wheat flour, preservatives: calcium propionate, sorbic acid; anti-caking agent calcium carbonate, flavoring “Wheat Malt”), bakery improver (stabilizer calcium carbonate, wheat flour, emulsifier mono- and diglyceride esters of mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid and fatty acids, antioxidant ascorbic acid, flour treatment agent L-cysteine, enzymes), enzymes.
