Kyivkhlib Company took part in the large-scale event of the year for small and medium-sized businesses – “GET Business Festival 2024”.
On December 12, more than 1,000 of the best entrepreneurs, specialists in marketing, digital, PR, digital technologies, e-commerce and finance of Ukraine gathered in the heart of Kyiv to share their own experience of transforming business in wartime. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the government of various directions, banking institutions, etc. After all, today it is very important to use all available opportunities for the implementation of new promising projects.

Ilona Pasechnyk, HRD of Alviva Group and Director of Alviva Ukraine, took part in a panel discussion on the topic "We are 31 million. Demographic situation - how the government, business and society will overcome challenges."

The participants discussed possible solutions in the context of a significant personnel shortage in enterprises during wartime. They talked about automation, the importance of HR brand stability, caring for personnel, employee motivation, and female leadership. How to bring back young people from abroad, what social initiatives can we expect from the state, and how to effectively adapt workers returning/will return from war. Questions were raised about the specifics of employment of IDPs, people with disabilities, and in the future, foreigners.

In this sea of business initiatives and creativity, each participant found their own path to success. New acquaintances, contacts, a grandiose active program, in particular, a lottery where Christmas stollen from our brand "Kyivkhlib" were raffled off, as well as incredibly delicious snacks and fragrant coffee made the atmosphere special. Can anyone not like this?
