
Candidate Requirements:
Basic knowledge of food production technology
Relevant education (food technologist or related field)
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
Responsibilities:
Performing operational quality control of products at the production site
Participating in the development of product quality criteria, quality control schemes, and defect maps
Rejecting and holding non-compliant products
Participating in internal investigations when defects or quality deviations are identified, and in developing corrective actions
Participating in internal audits
Maintaining records of product quality parameters at all stages of control
